Wedding invitation e cards are reported to have already been sent to Royal families and distinguished figures across the world for the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton. Among the guests reported to have already received wedding invitations are David and Victoria Beckham. With a number of famous faces already on the guest list, there have been no reports on who else has been lucky enough to have received wedding invitations from the Royal couple. That is -until now!
Wedding invitations are reported to have been received by some of the residents from the small town of Bucklebury, where Kate Middleton comes from. According to website, Female First, the future Queen of England, sent out invitations to some of the people she has known all her life including the Shingadia family.
According to Female First, Hash Shingadia and his family own the local Peach’s Stores grocery shop where Kate Middleton used to shop in. In an interview with ITV news he said: “We were joking with Kate when she used to come in here that if she does get married- don’t forget us. Send us an invite, so I can get my suit dry cleaned. “
Despite, knowing Kate for a number of years, Hash was still shocked to learn that his family were now among a reported 1,900 guests invited to the wedding of the year.He added: “I never expected, of all the people I know and all the people we’ve met, to get an invite.”
Another local resident to be invited to the very special occasion is butcher, Martin Fidler. When speaking of the moment he received the Royal wedding invitation, he said: “ As soon as I saw ER and ‘from Buckingham Palace’ on the envelope- WOW!! We are so pleased and so happy and feel tremendously privileged.”
