Warm the pot first with hot water from the kettle then rinse it out. Next place one spoonful of Green Tea into the pot per person and add one for the pot for good measure and pour in freshly brewed hot water. Leave the Green Tea to infuse for a couple of minutes to really let the flavours out. Then you can pour the Green Tea into decent china cups or something similar.
If you buy loose leaf Green Tea it’s a good idea to use a tea strainer at this point and it’ll prevent bits of tea leaves getting into your brew.
